Office Assistant
Job Summary:
The Office Assistant will perform various routine clerical duties to support the organization.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
None
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Performs clerical duties including data entry, filing, and completion of simple forms.
- Answers phones, directs calls to appropriate individuals, and prepares messages.
- Copies, sorts, and files records related to office activities, business transactions, and other matters.
- Prepares letters, memos, forms, and reports according to written or verbal instructions.
- Maintains filing systems either manually or electronically.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Ability to type at least 45 words per minute.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient with Intuit QuickBooks.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Clerical experience preferred.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Hours/Pay:
- Full- Time
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday – Friday
- $15.00+ per hour, negotiable with experience
Mobility Technician
Job Summary:
The Mobility Technician will perform general installation, maintenance, and repairs for assigned mobility equipment, devices, and vehicles.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
None.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Installs mobility equipment and devices into client vehicles.
- Configures, repairs, and maintains electrical wiring of mobility devices.
- Inspects and identifies equipment in need of repair.
- Troubleshoots issues to determine necessary repairs.
- Orders supplies and materials needed for repairs and maintenance.
- Performs other related duties as assigned, including vehicle repairs.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Ability to follow instructions from supervisors or senior maintenance workers.
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Related experience preferred.
- On-the-job training offered.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods standing and walking.
- Must be physically able to bend or crawl into awkward spaces.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.
Hours/Pay:
- Full- Time
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday – Friday
- $15.00+ per hour, negotiable with experience
